Scott & Jean Lucas

Scott brings over 35 years of extensive experience in the auto collision repair industry, making him highly knowledgeable in all its aspects. With 23 years of experience as a painter and auto body/frame repair technician, he possesses a deep understanding of the industry at multiple levels. In 2008, Scott advanced his career by becoming a licensed Texas insurance adjuster for a Fortune 100 company. During his impressive 9-year tenure, he served as a field adjuster and oversaw 12 staff adjusters and 20 direct repair shops in the East Texas market.

Consistently ranking in the top tier of employees, Scott's exceptional performance earned him the prestigious Distinguished Performance Award (DPA) in 2011. To stay up to date with the claims process between the shop and insurance carriers, Scott maintains his Texas adjuster license and I-Car Platinum Individual license. In 2017, he took on the role of general manager at a large repair facility, achieving sales of 2.2 million. Under his leadership, the facility surpassed that in 2018, generating 3.8 million in sales.

Scott and his wife Jean had dreamed of owning their own auto collision repair facility for over 20 years. In late 2018, they began working towards turning that dream into a reality. They are excited to bring a state-of-the-art collision repair facility to Palestine, TX.
